Responsibilities
Client Interactions : Provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for clients reaching out for assistance.
Problem Solving : Efficiently troubleshoot customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolutions.
Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the agency's products and services to provide accurate information.
Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
Documentation : Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system to enhance service delivery.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to improve service processes and share best practices.
Requirements
Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Empathy : A genuine desire to help others and create a positive experience is essential.
Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately document client interactions and follow through on requests.
Team Player : Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Availability : Must be willing to work on-site in Fayetteville, Georgia.
