Job Description :
Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for an exciting opportunity in Lewiston, ID? Connected Health Care is partnering with a client to find a skilled Local Travel Physical Therapist to join their team for a 13-week contract.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic interventions and track patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatments, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism
Education & Certification Requirements :
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in Idaho
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient or orthopedic environments
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
