Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities :

  • Load and unload ice packs off a machine.
  • Place ice packs individually on a rack, in a box, or on a pallet.
  • Work on your feet for 10 hours during shifts (5am-3 : 30pm or 3 : 15pm-2 : 00am)
  • Monday-Thursday, with the possibility of working Fridays as needed.

Essential Skills :

  • Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and work overtime if necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Basic math skills for counting.
  • Experience with a Tape gun.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications :

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in a team in any industry.
  • Order picking and inventory experience.
  • Forklift operation is beneficial.

    Work Environment :

    Work in a climate-controlled warehouse with a team of 15 people, expected to grow up to 30 to 40 people in the next 6 months. Employees must provide their own steel toe shoes, while gloves are provided.

    Job Type & Location :

    This is a contract to hire position based out of Reno, Nevada.

    Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
