We are currently accepting applications for a Bank Operations Specialist hybrid schedule in Midvale, UT or San Diego, CA or remote in AZ, CO, ID, NV, or TX.

This position is a Monday-Friday 9 : 30 am-6 : 00 pm MST.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to :

• Providedaily assistance via phone and email, includingdiversified operational support to all bank employees throughout the corporation.
• Duties include, but are not limited to : day 2 item processing, incoming and outgoing return items, document printing and mailing, and other general operational support for the corporation.
• Assess and mitigate risk to include, but not limited to, potential loss and fraud.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of branch or banking operations or other directly related experience.

Working knowledge of branch functions, banking operations, and accounting principles.

• Vault experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with affiliate bank departments and branches.
• Must be accurate, have strong customer service, processing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
• Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems.

Pay range (depending on experience) : $21.00-$24.00
