Job overview

We're seeking a talented, creative Full-Stack Web Developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our Corporate Marketing team at NOV.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality user experiences across our website and digital assets.

What you’ll do :

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain website features and web apps using the latest frontend technologies
• Work closely with UX designers, content creators, marketing leaders and internal clients to continuously improve our digital experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate our web solutions with other business systems like our DAM, CRM, and other digital marketing platforms
• Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and web performance to ensure our digital assets are optimized for discoverability and usability
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and PageSpeed Insights to analyze site traffic and user behavior to provide insights and recommendations for enhancements
• Stay up-to-date on emerging web development trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation

What you bring :

• 6-10 years of professional experience designing and developing full-stack web solutions for large-scale projects
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks / libraries
• Proficiency with Git, CI / CD tools, branching models and workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development, or related technical discipline
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement

Bonus points for :

• Experience with Sitecore, , Tailwind CSS, GitHub, Vercel, and other technologies in in our stack
• Knowledge of UI / UX design principles and A / B testing methodologies
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Google Maps API, and YouTube API integrations
• Background in SEO, accessibility, and web performance optimization best practices
