We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role involves performing various duties to support the talent acquisition process within our team.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will handle a variety of tasks ranging from managing job descriptions to coordinating with recruiting partners and monitoring recruitment analytics.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately process and manage job descriptions, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
- Monitor and update the master recruitment report daily, ensuring that recruiters are adding appropriate details.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Director to establish enterprise-wide recruiting partnerships and engage in weekly correspondence with partners to drive recruiting efforts.
- Oversee the monthly budget for recruitment sponsorships, ensuring no overspending occurs.
- Regularly monitor recruitment analytics to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of recruitment efforts.
- Schedule interviews for recruiters and hiring leaders as necessary.
- Manage the organization's presence on recruitment platforms like Indeed.
- Conduct daily audits for new requisitions to ensure proper approvals are in place.
- Perform other related duties, processes, and updates as assigned by the Director of Talent.
Skills :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in Corporate Recruiting and Human Resources (HR) Administration.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Experience with UKG Pro software.
- Expertise in Scheduling Appointments and Calendar Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
- Experience with corporate recruiting and scheduling appointments for calendar management
- Familiarity with UKG Pro software is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Knowledge of practices and procedures in HR Department
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
