Leasing Coordinator

Direct Hire, $50,000 - $55,000

Onsite 75%, Remote 25%

What you’ll be doing :

  • Manage leasing efforts for our properties, from conducting property tours to handling inquiries, processing applications, and facilitating the lease signing process
  • Ensure smooth transitions for new residents, assisting with move-ins and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Be the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent living experience to maintain high tenant satisfaction
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic to the properties, focusing on digital campaigns, social media, and community-based initiatives. Work closely with external marketing consultants as needed
  • Highlight the unique offerings of our properties, such as local ownership, thoughtful design, quality finishes, and sustainable living features, through various marketing channels
  • Assist in organizing events and activities that foster a sense of community among residents and engage with local stakeholders

    • Who we’re looking for :

  • 1+ years of experience in residential leasing
  • Previous experience as a leasing agent or in a related customer-facing role is essential
  • Experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or community engagement is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospective and current tenants
  • Comfortable using social media and digital tools for marketing purposes
  • Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and take ownership of projects
