In this position, you will bring your systems engineering background to a Java product owner role where you can make a broad impact to programs and projects that are critical to our customers!Essential Functions : Manage technical solutions thru engagement across multiple teams, partners, vendors, and customers at the mission level.

Support programs by implementing SAFe.Lead the design and development of system / subsystem products with the guidance of senior technical personnel.

Interact with customers and provide input to project managers on the programmatic and technical deliverables.Recognized as an expert and thought leader with broad experience across multiple job areas.

Communicates within and outside of the organization to influence leadership to accept new practices, approaches, and concepts.

Develops or champions new systems, concepts, or technologies. Recommends tactics and strategies that directly impact the achievement of overall business or functional resultsProvides guidance, coaching and training to other employees across the company within area of expertise.

Responsible for managing large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large cross-functional teams.

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experienceActive TS / SCI security clearanceExperience with SAFe or other large scale Agile implementationsExperience with JavaPreferred Additional Skills : Previous Poly clearanceExcellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment with government customers and other contractorsAbility to negotiate solutions among functional groups (Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Software Engineering, etc.

Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills demonstrated by related work experienceStrong coordination and organization skills with a focus on detailsOrganized and detail-orientedWorking knowledge of tools like Cucumber / Gherkin, Playwright or Selenium, Graphana, Prometheus, Junit Experience with MBSE toolsIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $128,000 - $238,000.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
