Job Summary (List Format) :

Position : Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery (Perioperative / Operating Room)

Facility : Valley View Hospital, Level III Trauma Center

Surgery Specialties : Robotics, General Surgery, Eyes, Orthopedics, Brain / Spine, OB-GYN, ENT, Neuro, Plastics, Urology, Pediatrics, Ortho / Spine Trauma

Duties :

Provide nursing care during intraoperative phase of perioperative process

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary surgical team

Circulate and / or scrub as required in operating room procedures

Work Schedule :

4 x 10-hour day shifts per week

Rotating evening / night / weekend call

Typical call : 1 weekend (Friday 7pm–Monday 7am) and 4–5 weeknight calls (7pm–7am) per 8-week period

Requirements :

Active CO RN License or Compact RN License

BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) certification

Minimum 3 years of related experience

Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
