Primary Responsibilities
- Check in new vendor contracts for labor and turnkey vendors. Verify that all documents are signed and bids are 100% complete for their subdivision assignments.
- Scan new contract files into the network drive and file the hard copy.
- Maintain community specifications dictated by deed restrictions, municipalities, or HOAs.
- Maintain Brix data, new plans, options, and price changes and ensure we have a hard copy reference of all pricing in our trade partner’s contract file.
- Update primary vendor assignments in Brix with written approval and documentation.
- Maintain trade partner contract files and GL insurance.
- Manage rebate programs from trade partners and suppliers. Provide quarterly summary reports.
- Maintain the current plan and subdivision list for the purchasing department. Receive updates from accounting for plan lineup and price sheet updates by subdivision.
- Update Direct Cost reports in Brix to reflect plan changes by the community.
- Prepare a summary report of variances by category (trade partner performance and variance code)
- Research EPOs that involve incorrect contract pricing or disputes.
- Weekend sales pricing at least two (2) days per month with pay
- Assist in special project research for the Purchasing Department
