Job Description : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Deliver comprehensive service in a defined technical or administrative area with clear input-output relations and established guidelines.
- Utilize basic theoretical and practical knowledge, along with relevant experience, in specialized processes, techniques, and systems.
- Operate specialized standard software packages, addressing routine and non-complex inquiries and procedures from both internal and external customers.
Experience and Knowledge :
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of vocational training combined with 3 years of practical experience.
- Possesses basic knowledge and experience in related field principles, procedures, work routines, and skills obtained through structured vocational training.
- Familiarity with standard software packages and the ability to handle routine inquiries and procedures.
