Daily Responsibilities : Assist with food service equipment and kitchen suite installations Participate in fabrication modifications Support the installation of various kitchen equipment Participate in all needed orientations and safety meetings Assist with general repairs and inspections Required Skills : Experience in construction management Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail Experience with preventive maintenance tasks Nice to Have Skills : Estimating and specifications knowledge Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems Quality control experience Company Information : Prestige Commercial Kitchen specializes in commercial kitchen installations for clients in hotels, casinos, restaurants, and country clubs across the United States, based in Florida, most of our work is in South and Central Florida. Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $17 / hour Maximum Salary : $20 / hour Salary will increase as knowledge and commitment is attained.
