Special Education Teacher
Location : Boulder, CO
Employment Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement IEPs for students with special needs.
- Provide tailored instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers for inclusive practices.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents and stakeholders.
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development.
- Maintain accurate student records.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid Colorado teaching certification in Special Education.
- Experience with diverse learning needs preferred.
- Knowledge of special education laws and best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
