Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters to meet hiring commitments across various functions
Drive process discipline and ensure effective use of Talent Acquisition systems and tools
Partner with business leaders to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals and enhance the candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive recruiting experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success in leading a large recruiting team within a complex, high-volume organization
Strong business acumen and ability to translate workforce needs into actionable recruiting strategies
Deep understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and metrics, with experience in operational discipline
