Position Overview

The Director of FP&A will oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the organization, including two subsidiary entities. This role also plays a critical part in managing the financial aspects of the company's ESOP, including valuations, compliance, and cash forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor two direct reports : Accounts Payable Manager and Corporate Accountant.

Develop and manage financial forecasts, cash flow models, and strategic planning initiatives.

Oversee ESOP-related financial activities, including valuations and compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance.

Strong understanding of ESOP structures, compliance, and valuation methodologies.

Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development.

Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Salary : $150,000 to $190,000
