Locums Pennsylvania Cardiothoracic Surgery Job 40 Minutes from Pittsburgh

Clinical Role : Do you know someone who might be a good fit? Please ask about our generous referral fees! Locum job opening Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible cardiothoracic surgeon Start Date : January 2026 Schedule : 10 consecutive days per month (flexible open to discussion) Coverage includes the hospitals CT service and occasional outpatient clinic visits (clinic located two blocks from the hospital) Physician will have the support of two APPs for rounding, outpatient visits, and OR cases

Typical Day : Morning rounding with APPs Emergency OR cases and consults as needed Rarely a full 8-hour day in the hospital on weekdays

Admissions : 01

Consults : 12

Outpatient visits : 01

Surgical cases : 01

Evaluations : 12

Call & Coverage : 24-hour shifts (7a7a) Typically, no overnight calls or emergencies only one overnight case in 2025 so far
