Job Responsibilities :

DEVELOP THE SKILLS TO DELIVER WORLD CLASS SERVICE AND FLAVOR TO GUESTS

Do you love helping others? Or love being in the limelight? Our Guest Service Expert is responsible for delivering World Class service.

As a Guest Service Expert, you are the face and the voice of Wingstop to all of our Guests who walk into our restaurants, providing them with authentic, positive and genuine experiences.

In this role, you will spend more time than any other position interacting with our Guests by greeting them, answering the phone, taking and delivering orders - all with a great attitude and smile.

Or maybe you are a Flavor Expert? The Flavor Expert is responsible for Serving the World Flavor. You will be creating wings with flavor to the max! You will play an integral role in ensuring our Guests get their cravable, fresh, and delicious wings delivered by our promise time.

In this role, you will do everything from preparing our fresh, made in-house ranch, bleu cheese, and sides to packaging and delivering completed hot orders to our Guests while motivating other Flavor Experts.

As an Entry-Level Crew Member at Wingstop, you will play a pivotal role in crafting extraordinary dining experiences for our guests, from Guest Service to Flavor Expert.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, with a central focus on creating memorable interactions :

• Greeting customers with genuine warmth and a friendly demeanor.
• Mastering the art of preparing and crafting our signature wings to perfection.
• Handling ingredients and equipment with the utmost care and attention to hygiene.
• Skillfully managing transactions and ensuring accuracy at the cash register.
• Upholding a spotless and well-organized workspace through thorough cleaning and sanitization.
• Assisting in basic food preparation activities, contributing to the creation of our delicious menu.
• Going the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborating seamlessly with fellow team members to guarantee efficient operations and prompt service.
