You’ll achieve success by :
Delivering on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation, and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines.
Delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial aesthetic treatments, laser hair removal, and lab draws.
Maintaining accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction.
Upholding facility standards by ensuring all treatment rooms, devices, and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols.
Consistently meeting and / or exceeding individual key performance metrics (i.e., revenue per hour, retail, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems.
Educating all non-members on the benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforce the benefit of membership to current members.
Ensuring an 85%+ booked clinic schedule.
Representing Chapter's Purpose and Values in all circumstances.
Qualifications :
Registered Nurse Practitioner credential.
Licensed to practice in the state of the designated clinic.
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
Demonstrated strong sales skills, including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
