Training Specialist

A company is looking for a Training Specialist in Ocala, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Drive implementation of training plans and support new hire orientation

Manage training records, cross-training activities, and develop training materials

Support production and participate in continuous improvement events

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalency

Previous experience in a Training and Development role in manufacturing

Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of TPM Methodology

Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred

Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus
