Pay Range : $18.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Delorie Countertops & Doors Inc is seeking experienced, hands-on Solid Surface Countertop Fabricators to join our shop team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with premium materials like Corian, creating custom countertops and surfaces with precision and pride. Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate solid surface (Corian) countertops from start to finish
  • Cut, seam, sand, and finish pieces with precision
  • Interpret and execute shop drawings with accuracy
  • Use power hand tools and manual tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of quality control and finish work
  • Coordinate with shop supervisors and team members on job status
  • Keep work area clean and follow all safety procedures
  • Help meet production goals and project deadlines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience fabricating solid surface countertops (Corian, etc.)
  • Proficient with fabrication tools (routers, sanders, saws, etc.)
  • Able to read shop drawings and perform accurate measurements
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs regularly
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Willing to work overtime as needed
  • Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy shop environment

    • Bonus Qualifications

  • CNC fabrication experience
  • Experience with on-site installation of countertops
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
