Part-Time Maintenance Supervisor

Paramark Real Estate Services is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a part-time Maintenance Supervisor at our Willow Brook Cooperative in Winona, MN .

This position offers 12-15 hours per week with flexible hours . The position will start as soon as possible, and you must pass a background check. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. Requirements

• You are expected to have experience with HVAC, and experience with plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, etc.
• You are expected to be organized and able to maintain an inventory of all equipment and supplies, and be responsible for them.
• You are expected to be able to work independently and manage time wisely.
• You are responsible for completing all maintenance work orders / service requests in a timely manner.
• You will complete the make-ready process of vacant units as needed, in a timely manner.
• You will assist with and  coordinate special projects as directed by the Site Manager.
• You will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors / contractors.
• Assure safety standards are used that comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all work-related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.

Additional Requirements :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to : walk, use hands / fingers to handle or feel, reach with hands and / or arms, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl, talk, listen, and smell. The employee is regularly required to stand, climb, or balance.

The employee can expect to regularly communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and customers through many forms of communication. Communication tools are used in face-to-face conversations, telephone conversations, texting, or email.

While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to dust, chemicals, and occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs.
