After School Site Coordinator - North GA

This role offers the opportunity to lead youth programs, develop new activities, and contribute to the overall well-being of children and families.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate culturally relevant and developmentally appropriate afterschool programs
- Supervise staff, including hiring, scheduling, and directing personnel and volunteers
- Ensure youth safety and uphold program standards
- Act as a liaison with program partners and maintain positive relationships with parents and staff
- Organize program registrations and assist in marketing activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience working with youth
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Professionalism and customer service skills
Physical requirements : Ability to lead activities in various settings, including outdoor and indoor. Must be able to walk, stoop, stand, hear, see, and lift up to 50 pounds.
