As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Hourly pay with the availability of monthly commission / bonus opportunity. Benefits after our waiting period such as medical, dental, vision, 401k and a great Paid Time Off Package.

Responsibilities :
- Support customers through various communication channels including phone, email and in person
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide information about products and services
- Post purchase review with client
- Renewal calls and Policy changes
- Assist with office tasks as needed
- Identify and act on cross sell opportunities within the current book of business on a proactive basis
Requirements :
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills to interact with customers professionally (in person and remotely)
- Bilingual in Spanish - good verbal and written is a requirement of the position.
- Updates all client data and client notes on computer CRM system daily
- Experience in the insurance field for two or more years is ideal
- P&C Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License (Ideal, not required)
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems effectively
- Be able to work a full work week of 40 hours in office - our office hours are 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm in Santa Ana.
