Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in backend technologies such as PHP, Python, .NET Core; Web Platforms including Drupal, Wordpress, Optimzely, Shopify;

and Front-end frameworks including React, React Native, Vue, Nextjs, Gatsby. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a proven track record of leading projects and managing other developers.

We are looking for a technologist who is self-motivated, requires minimal oversight, and is capable of both hands-on coding and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities :

• Lead development projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage and mentor other developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Write clean, maintainable code using best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to established standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise primarily in Drupal, PHP, React, and other front-end frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and manage other developers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and require minimal oversight.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for writing clean, efficient code.
• Experience conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
