ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of the apprenticeship management system project from inception to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
Apply PMO best practices to ensure project success and alignment with company standards
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, embodying our core values : Be Nice, Have Fun, and Work Hard
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in managing projects through the full system development lifecycle
Strong understanding of PMO best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a collaborative work environment
