All applicants must have experience in fine dining and French technique. You must be able to develop and direct operations in the kitchen.
And be able to help the CDC succeed in overseeing a kitchen that is both efficient and professional. Also able to maintain all standards and expectations with the absence of the Chef.
The work is fast paced and offers a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of seafood.
