Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB : The person in this role will be responsible for general administrative duties for a young and vibrant criminal defense law firm. This person will be responsible for general secretarial duties; including answering the phone, greeting clients, calendaring attorney appointments and organizing files. This person will need to maintain office cleanliness and restock office and kitchen supplies. Thisrole includes travel around Denver Metro Area for general office duties and may require lifting up to 25 lbs. There is opportunity for growth in this role as the firm continues to grow. Candidates with prior experience at law firms as secretarial, support or paralegal experience are encouraged to apply.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • high school diploma
  • driver's license in good standing
  • must have own automobile
  • must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • must be personable / presentable
  • must be proficient in Apple computer usage / MS Office
  • Prior experience in professional / office setting
  • Preference given to bilingual (Spanish) applicants
