Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR (HOSPITALITY) position.

• Location : Croasdaile Village Retirement Community - 2600 Croasdaile Farm Pkwy. Durham, NC 27705
• Schedule : Full & Part Time Schedule : Mon-Sat 11am-8pm Sun 10am-3pm.
• Requirement : Previous dining room and hospitality experience and food service preferred.
• Pay Range : $16.00 to $17.50
• Additional Job Responsibilities :
• Will be managing 20 to 25 associates.
• Will receive and resolve complaints concerning dining service.
• Lead training and supervision of dining staff.
• Be detailed-oriented, able to priortize and multtask.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
