Customer Service Representative

Our client in the Nashville, TN area is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! This is a Temp to Hire opportunity with a fully in office schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
• Identify and resolve customer problems or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company's database.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure follow-up actions are taken to resolve customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while interacting with customers.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• HS Diploma
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
