The Enterprise and Logistics Engineering unit is currently seeking a Marketing and Social Media Student Assistant to join their team of professionals.

The Marketing and Social Media Student Assistant will assist the Program Coordinator with marketing, website maintenance, and unit communications.

The unit is looking for an organized and independent motivated student who possesses graphic design knowledge, editing skills, and a willingness to learn new skills related to marketing and communications.

Duties include : Assists in developing and implementing specific marketing and promotional programs, which will advance the unit's mission and goalsAssists in creating media posts, images, and content for social media and unit websiteAssists in the creation and implementation of social media / marketing calendars relevant to the graduate programs, student engagement activities, and unit and college eventsAssists with the unit's website maintenanceIncrease student and community awareness of the unit by proposing marketing ideas and campaignsMeasures success of social media posts by providing data and analyticsAssists with unit events and programming under the CollegeAssist in the design of PowerPoint presentationsGeneral administrative assistanceOther related duties as assigned by supervisorJob Category

Students enrolled at FIU, who have been awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) as part of their Financial Aid Award package.Student must be enrolled with a minimum of six (6) credit hours in a course of study leading to a degree or a Financial Aid eligible certificate, during Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.

Upon credits decreasing, award being canceled, or graduating, FWS employment must end.
