What You'll Do

A typical day at MySpot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to improving children's lives.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Deliver one-on-one therapy to children on the spectrum.
  • Execute treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as prescribed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Perform stimulus preference assessments to understand individual preferences.
  • Accurately collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions.

What You'll Need

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in state of practice.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and / or education will be taken into consideration.
