Luma Marketing Group, a prominent sales and marketing agency focusing on retail environments, is presently in search of a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to become part of our vibrant team.
As a Sales Representative, you'll have the chance to showcase renowned clients, boost sales, and cultivate favorable connections within retail settings.

Responsibilities : Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to promote and sell products on behalf of our clients.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store staff to ensure optimal product placement and visibility. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and effective sales strategies.
Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays and promotional materials within assigned retail locations.
Gather and report customer feedback and market insights to enhance sales strategies and improve product offerings. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also thriving independently. Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required;
comprehensive training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate retail schedules. Reliable transportation to commute to various retail locations as needed.
