Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level

of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirement

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Licensing : Relevant insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain them within a specified time frame).
  • Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Responsible : Strong work ethic and dedication to generating results.
  • Sales Skills : Proven ability to meet sales targets and quotas.
  • Computer Skills : Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Time Management : Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and company policies.
