The Opportunity

As a Senior Product Manager for the Enterprise team, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of digital identity. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing cutting-edge products that cater to millions of users worldwide.

You will lead the strategy and vision, working closely with multifunctional teams to bring innovative features and products to market, focusing on the U.

S. Government and Enterprise sectors. Your leadership will guide the development of our Enterprise B2B applications, optimizing the balance between risk management and consumer experience efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of products, from ideation to deployment, focusing on delivering exceptional value to Enterprise customers and US Public Sector.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of platform authentication protocols, APIs, and developer documentation, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and scalable.
  • Oversee compliance with security, data privacy, GDPR, and other relevant regulations, working closely with security, privacy, legal and compliance teams to ensure product features meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and advocate for the business case for product improvements and innovations.
  • Articulate complex requirements into actionable plans for development teams.
  • Facilitate both external and internal product-related events.
  • Foster strong collaborations with engineering, design, and data science teams to leverage insights and deliver solutions.
  • Engage directly with B2B clients and end-users to gather feedback and drive product evolution.
  • Communicate insights and strategies effectively to all stakeholders, maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • BA / BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university.
  • 5+ years of product management or relevant experience, with a preference for candidates who have successfully shipped AI / ML products, especially in facial recognition or liveness detection.
  • Demonstrable experience in the B2B sector, ideally within Fintech, Identity, or Security projects.
  • Experience with key security concepts, including secure by design, OWASP best practices.
  • Familiarity with laws around biometrics and identity, security and privacy.
  • Exceptional English communication skills; fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with technical teams, manage product lifecycles, and execute projects successfully.
  • A dynamic, fast-learning individual capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
