What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide quality financial and operational reporting and analytics
- Ensure accurate financials and provide support to business partners
- Analyze payroll for over 350,000 team members
- Prepare journal entries, execute SOX internal controls, and review monthly results
- Partner with Payroll Operations and Product Owners on technology modernization efforts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Alteryx experience is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in project execution or system testing
- Payroll knowledge or experience is a plus
