Responsibility

• Apart fromgeneral BA skills below are required for this opportunity note theDAs should have Tableauexperience.
• Strong functionalknowledge & hands on business / technical analysis experiencerisk & compliance highlydesirable
• Able to work withbusiness / risk managers / functional teams to understand EUCs andtranslate them to user stories / Epics including capturing EUC metadata and other functionaldetails
• The role will beresponsible for data analysis and mapping ofEUCs.
• Experience inscribing BRD FRDs business case scenariosetc.
• Extensive knowledgeof requirements gathering design methodology & buildingfunctional & technical documents etc. detail orientedanalytical & capable of investigating complexissues
• Act as a Liaisonbetween business function stakeholders and technology teams toelicit analyze document communicate andvalidate.

Activities :

• Analyzethe current Inventory of EUCs to aid the business in identifyingEUCs in the current population which can be retired via CORE IT orITeSS supporting EUC owners to create appropriate retirement plansin support of the annual reductiontargets.
• Document the EndUserComputing (EUC) including capturing EUC meta data e.g. EUC namedescription user owner usage frequency reporting data elementreport name etc.

and other functional details e.g. data attributelineage underlying calculation / aggregation logic source systemsource system data owner name etc.

Assist withretirement planning for all EUCs including gathering and validatingexisting EUC retirement plans / BRD if available;

or working withEUC Owners to identify and agree a retirement path (along with thefunctional tech teams ifrequired)
