Large CONSTRUCTION SENIOR ESTIMATOR - earth work and utilities.
Our client is a reputable general contractor that has an immediate hiring need for a construction estimator that has had experience with earth excavation.
Large scale is a plus. The individual will have knowledge of earthwork software i.e. Bluebeam, Procore, Agtek or other tools used to quantify a bid.
The person should also know about utility instruction (water, sewer, drainage) as it relates to large sites.

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR :
- 10+ years experience in the construction industry, particularly job bidding and estimating.
- Proven stability in your career working on a variety of earth moving, and utilities projects
- Hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as detail orientated
- BS in Construction Management or related is preferred.
