Description
Provides food and beverage service to club members and guests. Sets up the dining room and performs assigned.

1. Sets up the station and perform assigned side work.
2. Provides immediate attention to all members / guests upon arrival.
3. Inform table of features, up-sell, and take orders.
4. Turns orders into the kitchen; tells cooks about any special cooking instructions.
5. Serves meal; places dishes by courses in front of each person; serves from the left of the person.
6. Checks back to ensure member / guest satisfaction; replenishes water and butter as necessary.
7. Removes soiled dishes.
8. Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks.
9. Presents the bill.
10. Handles all cash and credit cards as applicable from guests and members charges as prescribed by standard operating procedures.
11. Keeps tables, dining room, and bus station clean and tidy.
12. Advises supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur.
13. Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
Experience : 1+ year restaurant or country club experience preferred.
