The Opportunity
As the Project Engineering Manager for Water & Wastewater, you will manage execution of the engineering component of multiple traditional, design-build, design-bid-build, and collaborative delivery projects including advanced treatment facilities, underground conveyance, and carbon neutral solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on high profile municipal projects.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients and project management in support of a project.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution :
Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projectsConduct research to develop equipment and material recommendationsManage data and perform complex engineering calculationsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplinesLead larger production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a projectClient Interface :
Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projectsCommunicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutionsProvide support for business development or pursuit activitiesManage project changes directly with the client under Project Manager supervisionTechnical expertise :
Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverablesProvide technical leadership for complex water and wastewater treatment projectsDrive solutions to achieve project goalsManagement Responsibilities
Reviews lower-level engineering work or assignmentsHiring, mentoring, performance management and pay administration of assigned personnelPreferred Qualifications
PE licensePrevious engineering consulting experienceExperience executing multi-discipline WWTP upgrades and expansion projectsMinimum Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.Minimum of 8 years related work experience.All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any / all of the following : criminal / civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.Work Environment / Physical Demands
