About The Position

Temp Physical Therapist

• 122142 : Northeastern, New Jersey
• Dates : 07 / 08 / 2024 - 10 / 07 / 2024
• Ideally will have a strong background in physical therapy and be committed to providing high-quality care to our patients.

This role requires someone who is compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Schedule : Mon-Fri (occasional weekends)
• Responsibilities :
• Create individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and how they can support recovery at home
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments provided and progress made
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through continuous education and professional development.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist
• Able to work independently & a part of a team.
• Certifications : CPR (preferred)
