We are seeking experienced Social Media Marketing Trainers to deliver expert, hands-on training to U.S. companies, particularly within the health product and retail industries .

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth, in-person training sessions at client locations, with a focus on social media marketing strategies and e-commerce integration, particularly within the health product and retail sectors.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client.
- Use real-world case studies, industry best practices, and practical examples to teach effective audience targeting, content strategies, and social media advertising techniques.
- Guide clients through the integration of social media with e-commerce platforms, helping them maximize sales opportunities by setting up shoppable posts, utilizing social media ads, and driving traffic to their e-commerce sites.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction that emphasizes hands-on learning, ensuring participants can immediately implement the strategies taught.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure training content is always relevant.
- Evaluate participant progress and provide actionable feedback to help them improve their social media marketing efforts.
- Travel to client sites across California, with flexibility for multi-day training sessions depending on client needs.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in training or a strong background in delivering educational programs, preferably related to social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Professional appearance and demeanour, reflecting confidence and approachability.
- Extensive experience using major U.S. social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and a solid understanding of platform-specific tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Knowledge of e-commerce strategies and the integration of social media platforms with online sales channels.
- Experience in or understanding of the health product and retail industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within California for on-site training, with a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
