A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales (Player / Coach).
Key Responsibilities :
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory
Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, proposal development, and closing
Mentor and support sales team members in opportunity qualification and solution selling
Required Qualifications :
5-8+ years of successful B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment
3-5+ years of experience in a team lead or management role preferred
Strong track record in building pipeline and closing mid-to-large sized deals
Proven ability to coach and inspire high-performing sales teams
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
