JOB SUMMARY : Assists employees with personal and / or professional difficulties. Provides appropriate referrals to specialty providers when applicable.
Responsible for raising awareness of the program and maintaining its visibility. Coordinates and facilitates programs and services with professional providers and agencies for services to employees.
Manages the EAP promotions. Adheres to strict confidentiality requirements at all times.
COMPENSATION : $36.86 hr.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION
Master Degree in Human Services, Social Services, Counseling, or related field.
MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE
- Two (2) years of experience in a Social Service and / or Human Services / Resources setting working with standard case management concepts, practices, and procedures within an EAP and / or human / social services field.
- Two (2) years of experience with clients on a one-on-one basis in a Human or Social Service setting.
- Two (2) years of experience in crisis intervention and intake.
- Prior EAP (Employee Assistance Program) experience preferred.
- Prior work experience with formal mediation and conflict resolution preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS / PREREQUISITES
- WA State Driver License.
- Personal Automobile Insurance.
- WA State Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
- Mediation Training Certificate. Will allow six (6) months from start date to obtain.
- HIPAA certification upon hire.
- Certified Employee Assistance Professional preferred.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : This is a regular Full-Time position.
