Familiar with controlled demolition (drywall, trim, cabinets, toe-kick, etc) Basic power tools knowledge Ability to follow detailed instructions Dependable transportation to our Auburn Hills shop Willing to : Be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (we are a 24 / 7 / 365 emergency company) Water extraction & removal of damaged materials Mold & Fire Remediation under the direction of Project Manager Setting up industrial fans and dehumidifiers Detailed cleaning & job site awareness Advancement Opportunities readily available for those willing to learn and become IICRC Certified (Paid by employer) After hours emergency call in bonuses available Paid Sick Leave in accordance with ESTA All tools needed are supplied by Employer Company vehicles and gas use provided during working hours to all job sites
