This position is Full Time and located at their Mukilteo office.Part of their Mission Statement is give our employee family a friendly, safe, and stable work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answering calls on a multi-line phone system and directing calls appropriately.
  • Taking detailed and accurate messages.
  • Following up on items from phone calls.
  • Enters, updates, and verifies data into various systems.
  • Reviews and verifies data entered into database to ensure accuracy.
  • Clean and maintain workspace, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety and company standards.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Good time management and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Foster positive communications and relationships with all employees and management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Actively assist with a variety of general administrative functions.
  • Foster positive communications and relationships with clients.
  • Maintain your personal computer equipment to a point that it is in good working order.
  • Actively participate in meetings as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in an office environment with receptionist, data / order entry or similar experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written in English.
  • Excellent customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of data and order entry common practices.
  • Proficient typing abilities.
  • Accurate alpha and numeric data entry skills.
  • Basic to intermediate skill level in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently while following established policies and procedures.
  • Honesty & High Integrity a must.
