We are looking for a talented and driven mid-level Commercial Real Estate and Finance Attorney to join our expanding boutique law firm.
This position presents a unique opportunity to engage in complex transactions and offer legal guidance on a variety of commercial real estate issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and negotiate documents for the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of mixed-use, retail, office, multifamily, and hospitality properties.
- Manage purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other key real estate contracts.
- Provide legal counsel on different financing arrangements, including cash-flow, asset-based transactions, bridge lending, and mezzanine financing.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide customized legal advice.
- Take an active role in leading transactions and managing deals, supported by our skilled team.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance.
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate documents related to commercial real estate and finance.
- Familiarity with various financing structures (e.g., cash-flow, asset-based, mezzanine financing) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing and leading transactions effectively.
- A genuine interest in the business aspects of commercial real estate development, finance, and lending.
- Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment is highly preferred.
