Earn a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $35 per hour, complemented by a $500 sign-on bonus, overtime premiums, on-call bonus eligibility, and a progressive scale incentive plan based on production .

OUR IDEAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We're looking for a Service Technician that can meet the following qualifications :

• Valid driver's license
• 2+ recent and consistent years of professional hands-on diesel repair
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions and for extended periods of time

Preferred qualifications :

• Previous formal John Deere training (JDU)
• 10+ years spent in the agriculture space
• Previous and positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
