We are seeking a Product Creation & Merch (PCM) Data Analyst for an innovative global team. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, data manipulation expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support product creation and merchandising decisions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reporting and data visualization tools, advanced SQL skills, and intermediate to advanced Python or R coding abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product creation and merchandising with actionable data insights.
  • Use Tableau or Sigma (or similar tools) to create impactful data visualizations and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop and execute complex SQL queries (using Snowflake ) to prepare data for reporting and advanced analytics.
  • Utilize Python or R for data preparation, transformation, and modeling large datasets.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for automation of insights generation.
  • Partner with Technology teams to implement automation solutions where applicable.
  • Apply a business mindset to ensure data insights are directly relevant to product decisions and business goals.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, information systems, business analytics, or related roles.
  • Advanced SQL skills , including the ability to write complex and scalable queries to extract and manipulate data.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Python or R for data preparation, transformation, and modeling.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving skills ; able to creatively approach complex data challenges.
  • A business-oriented mindset , with the ability to apply data insights to inform product decisions.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
  • An automation mindset , with a passion for streamlining insights generation and working collaboratively with technology teams.
