About the Role
We’re seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to oversee daily performance across slots and table games. This role ensures compliance with regulations, maintains guest satisfaction, and drives operational excellence. You’ll supervise a diverse team, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to deliver a best-in-class entertainment experience.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of slots and table games, including promotions and guest activity
- Ensure slot equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Supervise and develop Gaming Supervisors, Floor Supervisors, Slot Attendants, Technicians, and Dealers
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and care
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and required government reporting
- Maintain compliance with state gaming regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and surveillance teams
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
What You Bring
