Performs basic nursing tasks and provides accurate medication administration and quality care to the child and maintains a safe environment under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN).
Models expert practice and facilitates orientation to basic resident care for new nursing staff.

Required qualifications :
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire : Oregon Certified Medication Aide
- Upon hire : Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire : In compliance with the Oregon Child Care Division, criminal history registration is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
- Upon hire : In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.
Preferred qualifications :
1 year of experience as a CMA in a health care setting.
